When will it arrive?

Standard: 9am–7pm. Business deliveries arrive by 5pm. Express, before 12pm, where it's available. We can't promise an exact minute, but a note in special delivery instructions - like "afternoon please" - helps us do our best.

What if no one is home?

If it's safe to do so, we'll leave the flowers in a sheltered spot and send you a delivery notification. If we need to come back because the address was wrong, a re-delivery fee may apply - so double-check the details above.

Is card payment secure?

Yes. Your card number and CVV are encrypted, so we never store or see the card details. You can also pay with PayPal, Afterpay, or Zip if you'd rather.

Will the recipient see my details?

No - billing details stay with us in case we need to reach you about the delivery. If you want them to know who the gift is from, add your name to the message card.

Can I still add extras?
