Order 1694710 was due for delivery on 22 October with flowers and a ballon ordered. For reasons unknown only the birthday balloon was delivered. I rang the Melbourne office and they put a new order in for delivery the following day Order 169553. Again for reasons unknown there was no delivery made. I have used the company on many occasions over the last 5 years without issue but this episode and the way it was handled by staff will ensure I never use this company again. I still can’t believe how a delivery was made whereby the delivery driver photographed a ballon and empty bag being delivered and then with the apparent follow up order nothing sent. Business kept is easy when the product you purchase is delivered but business lost is gone forever.

Flowers Across Melbourne have been my choice for a few years now. They have never disappointed me in the choice of blooms nor the arrangements.

I’ve been using flowers across Melbourne for 3 years and early, this year, flowers across Sydney, because I absolutely love everything about them! Their flower arrangements are gorgeous, beautifully presented and well priced. Love their additional extras you can add on! The best part this year, I was able to add a bottle of wine to the flowers, the morning of the delivery- they went above and beyond to make it happen, as it was my daughter’s birthday. They’re ALL so lovely to deal with and very accommodating. I honestly don’t think twice when I need flowers organised. They tick all the boxes 📦 💐.

Flexible and prompt delivery.

The delivery window is too big. Disappointed the flowers weren’t delivered until 5:30pm. Delivery cost still a lot so would be good to be able to nominate a smaller delivery time frame.

I loved receiving the email updates so that I knew the flowers had arrived and what they looked like.
